Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Dusseldorf, Germany - 12 Months Initial Contract 

Our client is a leading independent Design & Engineering Consultancy, delivering major projects in data centre, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, infrastructure and other industrial sectors. They are looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in Germany.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for all stakeholders, reporting to the Project Manager at our client
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams
• Organize, control, and monitor activities of the on‑site construction management team to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Ensure project objectives related to safety, cost, schedule, and quality are met

What you’ll need:

• Experienced in construction management on behalf of a client
• Experienced in CSA projects
• Experienced in Data center projects 
• Experienced in schedule management and monitoring (including short-term schedules on the basis of the project master schedule)
