We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Reliability Centered Maintenance Specialist to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll do:
- Support Reliability Engineers (REs) with development and implementation of Reliability Centered
Maintenance (RCM) programs for new manufacturing assets. - Develop and document Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) for equipment, systems,
assemblies, and components. - Assist in creation of maintenance strategies designed to improve equipment reliability,
maintainability, and operational performance. - Develop maintenance job plans and maintenance task documentation tailored to specific manufacturing assets.Review vendor documentation, OEM recommendations, and asset information to support total reliability strategy development.
What you’ll need:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
- Extensive experience in reliability centered maintenance or a similar role.
- Familiar with the working knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and
Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
