What you’ll deliver:

• Manage project costs, budgets, forecasting, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer subcontract packages, procurement activities, and commercial agreements.
• Assess variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts to maintain financial control.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities while supporting project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, engineering, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, subcontract management, and commercial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Excel and commercial systems.
