They are currently seeking a Controls Engineer to join their team and support their current project based in Portugal.

What you’ll do:

• Act as technical authority for BMS, EPMS and PLC-based control systems.
• Review controls designs and technical submittals.
• Support commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, IST and integrated systems testing.
• Support operation and maintenance strategies for controls systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across automation platforms.
• Manage interfaces between design, delivery, commissioning and operations teams.

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Extensive experience in Controls, Automation, BMS or EPMS environments.
• Data centre experience.
• Strong understanding of critical cooling and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with BMS, EPMS, SCADA and PLC control systems.
