Mechanical Package Manager – Norway – Permanent – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager join their team on a project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage mechanical package teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure project milestones and programme targets are achieved.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change control, and cost reporting.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in Mechanical Project Management or a similar leadership position.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent commercial, contractual, and programme management skills.
