QC Scheduler - US, Texas - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a QC Scheduler to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with customers to negotiate, prioritize and schedule routine and non-routine work in QC to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee, track, and manage multiple project and operational timelines supporting QC operational readiness, Analytical Modernization, continuous improvement and CMC Technical Agenda projects within QC.
• Provide routine status updates, risk visibility and metric reporting to QC Management, site Lead Team and CMC Teams.
• Influence cross-functional teams to streamline Quality Control operational readiness, scheduling and routine testing processes.
• Track, trend and report metrics for the QC Organization.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated group facilitation and project management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire to solve complex problems with use of software tracking tools.
