CSA Project Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a CSA Project Manager  to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and oversee the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise the construction of the building's basic structure and exterior, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Be on-site 4 days a week to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that all work is being performed according to the project plan.
• Provide feedback and comments on change orders, ensuring that any modifications are necessary, cost-effective, and do not compromise the project's integrity

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in construction management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
