Project Planner

Project Planner - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Months Initial Contract

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6), including WBS, logic links, constraints, progress tracking, and float management.
• Implement scheduling standards and ensure quality benchmarks are met.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and earned value metrics.
• Lead schedule update meetings, ensuring accuracy and addressing any slippage recovery plans.
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate schedule reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to drive proactive planning and risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or similar field.
• Requires extensive experience as a planner/scheduler within EPC or EPCM environments (pharma, semiconductor, or data centre experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and intermediate MS Project knowledge.
• Strong understanding of project controls, CPM (Critical Path Method), and earned value management.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not essential.
