Construction Superintendant - US, Texas - 12 Month Contract

Our client, one of the largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Construction Superintendant to support their large scale project based in Texas, US. 

What you'll do:

• Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural and
• MEP trades, collaborating closely with project engineers, construction managers, building superintendents and other field superintendents.
• Direct the daily work of multi-plate subcontractors and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and schedules.
• Drive execution of short-interval plans and look ahead schedules; ensure alignment with the overall master schedule.
• Monitor field productivity, identify constraints, and implement corrective measures to maintain momentum.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor of science in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, construction management or equivalent degree and/or equivalent craft level work experience.
• Extensive construction field supervision experience required.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and commissioning workflows.
• Proven experience managing concurrent scopes involving structural steel, large-scaled MEP systems, generator yards, duct banks, and underground and overhead utilitiesstruction field supervision experience.
