Project Delivery Manager - Malaysia - Permanent Contract 

Our client, a top‑tier developer of hyperscale and multi‑tenant data centres across Europe, is hiring a Project Delivery Manager for a flagship data centre project in Malaysia.

Known for delivering high‑performance critical infrastructure, they are trusted for their resilient power and cooling solutions, advanced security systems, and intelligent monitoring technology.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major construction projects, including feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. ]
• Manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure delivery against scope, budget, quality, and programme objectives.
• Prepare and present project governance documentation, board papers, investment approvals, and executive-level progress reports.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across engineering, commercial, operational, and customer teams while managing project risks, compliance, and sustainability requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, M&E-intensive construction projects within data centres or other mission-critical environments.  
• Strong client-side or principal contractor project management experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrable expertise in contractor management, procurement, cost control, project governance, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
