Electrical Construction Manager – USA, Idaho – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Known for their technical expertise and consistent project success, they are one of the largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest. They are now seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to support a major project based in Idaho, USA.

What you’ll deliver:

• Change Orders (RFP's, YTB's/COR's/WA's)
• Schedule Development & Tracking
• Work Group Management
• Subcontractor Management
• Equipment Start-Up & Cx Support & Coordination
• Equipment Logs, Submittal Logs (Manage & Maintain) Subcontracts Management (Scope, Scope Gaps, Mods)

Experience required:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing construction activities on large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech facility environments highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of EPCM/EPC project delivery models.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, construction schedules, change control, and commissioning support activities.
