Project Control Manager – Italy, Milan – Initial 12 Month Contract – Life Sciences

Working across the full asset lifecycle, the organisation partners with clients to design, build, and optimise world-class facilities, combining technical expertise, collaborative delivery, and a commitment to quality to support successful project outcomes worldwide.

What you’ll deliver:

• Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Completed at least one full lifecycle pharma project.
• Proven project controls expertise across planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
• Primavera P6 user with experience managing complex construction schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in brownfield or live operational environments.

What you’ll need:

• Lead all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking.
• Review and validate contractor schedules, reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure alignment between project schedule, cost, procurement and execution plans.
• Provide regular performance reporting, variance analysis and issue escalation.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and client stakeholders while managing a junior project controls resource.
