PMO Scheduler - Lisbon, Portugal - 12 Month Contract

We are recruiting for a superb opportunity on behalf of our client, an international contract development and manufacturing organisation who help bring new and off-patent drugs to market. With a track record of over 60 years delivering advanced technologies, this organisation flies in the face of difficulty, giving their customers a service and product that cannot be found elsewhere.

The role of PMO Scheduler will be of key importance in delivering a manufacturing presence and supply chain to the local market on behalf of our client. This role is based in Portugal and is advertised on a contractual basis of 12 months.

What you'll do:

• Manage and maintain project schedules across multiple engineering and capital projects
• Coordinate planning activities and ensure alignment across concurrent workstreams
• Identify risks, delays and scheduling conflicts, providing mitigation strategies
• Support project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Project Planner, Project Scheduler or PMO Scheduler
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated environments
• Strong hands on experience with scheduling tools, ideally Asana
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong stakeholder communication skills
