PMO Performance & Improvement Lead – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a PMO Performance & Improvement Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:
  • Own end-to-end implementation of lessons learned and best practices surfaced at the PD Huddle and PMO Monthly, driving each to an actual implemented change rather than treating intake as the job.
  • Partner with functional leads — not around them — to track the KPIs the PMO Lead has prioritized, showing how well each function is supporting projects.
  • Build and maintain the dashboards and scorecards used to report PMO support health at the PMO Monthly and roll up into the Program Monthly.
  • Run process and tooling audits, and design and roll out standardized tools, templates, and processes across the PMO in partnership with the functional leads who will use them.
What you’ll need:
  • To be a genuine collaborator, not just a strong analyst. Someone technically strong but not collaborative is the wrong fit.
  • Extensive experience in a PMO, process improvement, or program operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing KPI dashboards, scorecards, or similar performance-reporting tools.
  • Track record of taking a lesson learned or audit finding all the way to an implemented fix, not just documenting it.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of something extraordinary, apply now and let’s talk!
