Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage the commercial administration of mechanical subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, forecasts, and change control processes to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
• Support subcontractor management, including payment applications, contract administration, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare and maintain commercial reports, cost plans, and project documentation for key stakeholders.

Experience required:

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on mechanical, MEP, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, cost control, change management, and commercial reporting.
• Willingness to work within Europe, including rotational travel where required.
• EU passport or right to work within the European Union.
