Construction Manager – Dresden, Germany – Contract – Data Centres

Are you a Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support a leading high-tech facilities provider based near Dresden.

Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as a Construction Manager.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage the installation and delivery of Life Safety Systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, gas suppression systems, and passive fire protection.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, submittals, and design updates to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead quality inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and final handover documentation.

Experience required:

• Extensive  experience managing Fire & Life Safety, MEP, or mission-critical construction scopes.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, suppression, smoke management, and life safety systems.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple subcontractors within a fast-paced construction environment.
• Relevant site management and health & safety certifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, OSHA or equivalent).
