Mechanical Package Manager – Norway – Permanent – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager join their team on a project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Take ownership of allocated mechanical packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors and specialist vendors on site.
• Ensure all installations are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and proactively identify risks and delays.
• Coordinate with Electrical, CSA, Commissioning, Procurement, and Client teams.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in a Package Manager, Project Engineer, Mechanical Manager, or similar position.
• Previous experience delivering large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and package budgets.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and construction sequencing.
