Electrical Project Manager – Norway – Permanent – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Take full ownership of allocated electrical packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, vendors, and specialist suppliers.
• Coordinate all package activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor and report package progress to the Electrical Lead and Project Management team.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in a Package Manager, Electrical Manager, Senior Engineer, or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and specialist vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project interfaces.

What you’ll get:

• Previous hyperscale data centre experience.
• Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
• High Voltage Authorised Person experience.
• Experience supporting commissioning and energisation activities.
• Health & Safety qualifications.
• Experience working on Nordic or European mission-critical projects.
• Familiarity with BIM and digital construction platforms.
