Electrical Maintenance Technician - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month Contract

One of the top 10 best companies to work in Ireland is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician for their large-scale new facility in Dublin. Is this you?

An exciting project there is lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast paced €1 billion project. This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting edge technology.

What you’ll do:
  • Experience following planned maintenance schedules – predictive, preventative actions.
  • Coming in and reviewing assigned work/completing proper handover with night shift.
  • Create a plan based on that and allocate priority works, day ideally is then spent executing maintenance (roughly 80% planned maintenance 20% reactive works across the course of the day).
  • Equipment supported will be centrifuges, pumps and piping, liquid slides, pressure and temperature flows, bioreactors, chromatography, lots of pipework and some clean utilities.
What you’ll need:
  • Extensive experience in a GMP environment (biopharma, pharma, med devices and would consider people coming from data centres/GxP, etc).
  • Electrical qualifications / experience / apprenticeship
  • Good communication skills and good experience in documentation – e.g. clear, concise maintenance and risk reports
  • Experience in Maximo or a similar large ERP to log faults and resolutions
