Electrical Lead – Milan, Italy – Initial 6-Month Contract – Data Centres

Join a rapidly expanding global data centre operator. Supported by significant investment and partnered with some of the most innovative names in tech, this company is growing and looking for an experienced Electrical Lead to support their project in Milan.

What you’ll do:

• Manage electrical construction, remediation and commissioning activities to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders, driving progress across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee installation and energisation of critical electrical systems including switchgear, UPS, transformers, generators and associated cabling.
• Support testing, commissioning, QA/QC processes and final system handover, ensuring all defects and punch-list items are closed out.

What you’ll need:

• Demonstrable experience delivering electrical packages on large-scale data centre, mission-critical or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning, QA/QC procedures, defect resolution and system handover processes.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, stakeholders and site activities within fast-paced construction environments.  
• Electrical engineering qualification or relevant trade background with expertise in critical power infrastructure.
