EHS Consultant – Milan, Italy – Initial 6-Month Contract – Data Centres

Join a rapidly expanding global data centre operator. Supported by significant investment and partnered with some of the most innovative names in tech, this company is growing and looking for an experienced EHS Consultant to support their project in Milan.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the on-site EHS representative, ensuring all remediation and construction activities are carried out safely and in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contractors and consultants, reviewing RAMS, permits, investigations and safety compliance across site activities.
• Monitor project progress, conduct audits and inspections, and provide regular reporting on EHS performance and key risks.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities while driving the safe delivery of remediation and defect resolution programmes.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience working in an EHS role on large-scale construction, mission-critical or data centre projects.
• Strong contractor, stakeholder and site safety management experience within fast-paced project environments.
• Good understanding of commissioning, QA/QC, remediation and defect management processes.
• NEBOSH Certificate, NEBOSH Construction, or equivalent health and safety qualification.
