CSA Lead - Norway - Contract Opportunity

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead and coordinate CSA construction activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, driving programme milestones and resolving risks, defects, and delays.
• Collaborate with MEP, Quality, Commissioning, and Design teams to support seamless project integration.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, HSE requirements, and stakeholder reporting expectations.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction, including programme and quality management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders, with data centre experience highly desirable.
