We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Frankfurt, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a CSA Construction Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all CSA construction activities, ensuring delivery in line with project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams across civil, structural, and architectural packages.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and drive the resolution of construction defects and quality issues.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll need:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale data centre, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance, and contractor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
