CSA Construction Manager – Frankfurt – Data Centres - 12 month Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor daily progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Track project budgets and control costs.
  • Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and schedules.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Address and rectify any safety or quality concerns promptly.
  • Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
