We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Contracts Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and negotiate subcontract agreements for EPCm service providers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, risk management, and legal standards.
• Manage claims, disputes, and change orders effectively.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to KPIs.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Extensive experience in contract management for EPCm projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
