We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

  • Own the contract administration and commercial execution of assigned mechanical construction packages (e.g., HVAC, process piping, utilities/mechanical systems, mechanical install scopes).
  • Lead/support RFP development and issuance (often in coordination with Fluor), including bidder communications, clarifications, and commercial bid evaluation.
  • Support contract drafting/review, ensuring scope, deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are clear and executable in the field.
  • Manage contract award package: pricing basis, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, schedule milestones, reporting requirements, payment terms.
What you’ll need:
  • Extensive experience in construction contracts administration / commercial management for mechanical scopes.
  • Strong experience managing mechanical construction packages (not just processing contracts).
