What you’ll do: Define and manage the owner equipment execution strategy aligned to project schedule, system boundaries, and CQV turnover needs.Identify critical and long-lead equipment impacting engineering development, piping release, utilities, controls, and qualification.Establish and track equipment readiness milestones aligned to P&ID development, IFC releases, mechanical completion, and system turnover.Ensure timely issuance, completeness, and stability of equipment data (datasheets, nozzles, loads, utilities, control inputs).Act as the primary owner technical interface with equipment vendors. What you’ll do: Own the contract administration and commercial execution of assigned mechanical construction packages (e.g., HVAC, process piping, utilities/mechanical systems, mechanical install scopes).Lead/support RFP development and issuance (often in coordination with Fluor), including bidder communications, clarifications, and commercial bid evaluation.Support contract drafting/review, ensuring scope, deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are clear and executable in the field.Manage contract award package: pricing basis, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, schedule milestones, reporting requirements, payment terms.
