Construction Supervisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Month Contract

Are you a Construction Supervisor looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Construction Supervisor. What you'll do:
  • Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and regulations.
  • Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods meet project specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and site conditions.
  • Monitor work quality to prevent defects and ensure proper execution.
  • Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address inspection findings.
What you'll need:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Inspector or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
