Construction Manager - Poland - Long Term Contract

One of our Heavy Lift clients looking to add to their team in the European market. With this in mind, we are interested in speaking to anyone who has experience as a Construction Manager, for our role based in Poland.

What you'll do:

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and controlling costs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Implement corrective actions to address Quality and HSE issues promptly.

What you'll need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering alternative other formal education combined with relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, overseeing construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
