Citrix Engineer

Citrix Engineer - US, Seattle - 3 Month Contract

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a Citrix Engineer to join their capital project in Seattle. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a Citrix Engineer to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the Citrix Engineer you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.

What you’ll do:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on‑prem or cloud‑hosted)
• Manage Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Workspace app
• Build and maintain master images using MCS or PVS
• Optimise session performance, logon times, and resource utilisation
• Troubleshoot VDI issues including profile loading, printing, session latency, and application delivery

What you’ll need:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Solid understanding of NetScaler ADC/Gateway
• Experience with: MCS or PVS image management, StoreFront, Director, Workspace app, FSLogix or Citrix UPM, Load balancing and SSL offloading, Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP
