C&Q Lead – Oligo – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a C&Q Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead and manage C&Q contractors responsible for all Oligonucleotide Manufacturing Building systems.
• Adhere to all site safety requirements and procedures.
• Serve as a positive safety role model, reinforcing safe behaviours through meetings, field engagement, and routine observations.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all oligonucleotide-related commissioning and qualification activities.

What you’ll need:

• Degree qualification in a related field.
• Extensive experience in commissioning and qualification of process systems.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements relevant to oligonucleotide and synthetic API manufacturing.
