Automation Engineer - Key Stakeholder Curriculum - Ohio - 12 months

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Automation Engineer to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll deliver:
- Design and deliver a DeltaV stakeholder curriculum across Operations, Engineering, Quality, HSE and Technical Transfer functions.
- Train users on DeltaV Live, ISA-88 batch operations, electronic batch records and alarm management.
- Support understanding of historian data, process trends, recipes, control strategies and batch investigations.
- Deliver training on data integrity, audit trails, electronic signatures and Part 11 compliance requirements.
- Educate stakeholders on interlocks, permissives, safety systems and operator response to process events.
- Develop training documentation, competency frameworks and best practice guidance.
- Act as the DeltaV training and stakeholder engagement SME throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll need:
- Demonstrated DeltaV v16 (or v15) configuration and engineering experience, including DeltaV Batch (ISA 88) and DeltaV Live Graphics Studio.
- Experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
- Instructors with hands on DeltaV engineering credentials, not overview or sales level only.
- Instructional design capability using adult learning and competency based assessment methods.
- Working knowledge of DeltaV Live operations and the ISA 88 batch model sufficient to teach functional literacy.
- Experience tailoring content for manufacturing, quality, engineering, and HSE audiences in a GMP setting.
