Veeva Admin Consultant - Remote, US - Pharmaceuticals - 6-Months Contract 

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Veeva Admin Consultant at a transformative non-profit. They ensure essential medications remain accessible and affordable, providing a sustainable solution to one of modern healthcare's most pressing issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Grant new user access and manage the onboarding process for a growing number of users.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve issues within the Veeva platform.
  • Add new materials to the Veeva system, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with project goals.
  • Write and execute change controls for a validated system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Take initiative in making necessary changes and improvements within the Veeva environment.
  • Support the implementation and integration of two additional Veeva modules.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all activities adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Requirements:
  • Veeva Admin Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) and experience writing and executing change controls.
  • Proven GMP experience is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively without extensive supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing user access, troubleshooting, and handling system changes independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Veeva QMS module.
  • Proven track record of successful Veeva module implementations.
  • Capable of managing user access, troubleshooting, and handling system changes independently.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
