Structural 3D BIM Modeler - Netherlands, Eindhoven - Permanent Contract 

QCS staffing are partnered with a leading independent company who combine engineering, design and consultancy services with software and technology to deliver complex projects across the globe. Our client’s projects include those in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, Transport and Water sectors to name a few.

Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, security technology and project management to name a few.

To support with these projects and their continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Structural 3D BIM Modeler in Eindhoven.

 Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues or third parties on (part of) the structural design
  • Investigating and analysing technical issues as a team and translating this into a technical approach/solution
  • 3D modelling of the structural design
  • Technical coordination and processing of data provided by third parties into the structural design at each stage
  • Supplying and checking (partial) specification documents and third-party drawings
 Requirements:
  • Completed education in structural engineering
  • Extensive work experience as a BIM/ Revit Modeler in the field of construction
  • Knowledge of Revit and 3D modelling
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, content-related professionalism, a team player, communication skills and the ability to think and act in a multidisciplinary way
  • Able to transfer knowledge and expertise to others
