Preconstruction Manager - Data Centres - Milan, Italy 

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Preconstruction Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Looking for someone who has previous construction experience (boots on the ground) but has now moved to the other side.
  • Understands preconstruction.
  • Bid & tender package experience.
  • 45+ years old Permitting experience – Italian authorities / legislation would be a bonus.
  • Background – power plant / waste water / energy from waste would be ideal
  • CSA, Construction, Project management, stakeholder management, experience managing GC’s
  • Must have CSA experience on larger scale projects in the millions of euros 
  • DC experience, but oil and gas is completely fine.
