Preconstruction Lead - Data Centres - Contract - Milan

We are currently seeking a Preconstruction Lead to work with our client in Milan. This client, is an emerging Data Center Owner Operator that focuses on sustainability and building AI Ready Data Center facilities globally.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for developing and integrating critical information to support the contract, design, and delivery processes.
  • Liaising with multiple different business units and functions
  • Provide key involvement in planning stage of projects
  • Developing and maintaining processes
  • Involvement in local permitting and compilation of documentation
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive, integrated project plans that address market challenges, mitigate risks, incorporate health and safety considerations, and align with cost planning goals.
 Skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid technical understanding of complex MEP Projects
  • Previous experience in data centre environments.
  • Italian language skills or previous experience of working in Italy
  • Experience in all aspects of project delivery -  tender and contract through to practical completion, including an understanding of the RIBA design stages.
