Portfolio Manager - Cork, Ireland - 12 Months Contract

Are you interested in joining a world leading bio-pharmaceutical company, focused on developing advanced and innovative treatments for those suffering with rare diseases?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility in Cork. You will be joining a leading Bio-pharmaceutical company who focus on a range of products which are life-changing for individuals.

Our client is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities include:
  • Role would involve contacting SME's for updates across the different projects and departments, collating information from them.
  • Using gathered data and inputting this into PlanView and assessing the data, identifying risks, gaps etc and presenting this to senior leadership team.
  • Take time to understand technical aspects of projects and needs to be able to challenge SME’s on time lines etc.
  • Need to be able to analyse how they are set for demand, capacity, resourcing availability.
Requirements:
  • Capex / Opex project management experience.
  • Strong MS Project and Excel knowledge and experience.
  • PlanView experience highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage data output, do analysis.
  • Need to be able to interpret data and identify Gaps and risks and provide reports / present to senior leadership.
  • Track record of managing a portfolio of projects and driving project delivery.
  • Presentation and communication skills
