Operational Readiness Scheduler - Pharmaceuticals - Ohio - 12-Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Operational Readiness Scheduler to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain the operational readiness schedule using Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to collect and update the schedule information and data.
  • Perform schedule analysis and identify critical path, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide schedule reports and dashboards to the Operational Readiness Project Manager and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track schedule performance, variances, risks, and issues.
  • Recommend and implement schedule improvement actions and best practices.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in project scheduling and two to three years of experience working in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
  • Experience Oracle Primavera P6 project scheduling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
