HSE Officer / LOTO Lead Coordinator - US, Ohio - 12 Months Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HSE Officer / LOTO Lead Coordinator to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement LOTO programs and SOPs.
  • Lead a team of LOTO Coordinators and coordinate LOTO planning across multiple commissioning contractors.
  • Oversee Permit to Work and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) procedures.
  • Support safety training and ensure adherence to safety protocols in a construction environment.
  • Act as a liaison between CQV, Construction, and HSE teams.
Skills and Experience:
  • Requires extensive experience in utility commissioning or safety coordination.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of LOTO, Permit to Work systems, and JHA.
  • Experience in large, multi-contractor construction environments.
