CQV Turnover and Set to Work (STW) Engineer - Pharmaceuticals - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Set to Work Field Lead to join their expanding team. They are making an investment of more than $2 Billion USD to establish a new large-scale cell culture production site in the United States to accelerate the growth of its biopharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing business. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.


Main Responsibilities;
  • Participate in necessary Mechanical Completion walkdowns.
  • Manage teams performing STW activities on designated systems, including following all program documents and project safety requirements. Set and maintain the highest safety standard.
  • Coordinate activities with CQV Area/System leads to identify and STW prioritized systems. Avoid STW activities impacting Commissioning and Qualification activities.
  • Document STW activities per project GDP requirements and file completed STW protocols as agreed.
  • Identify and document punchlist items per the Punchlist Project Instruction. Facilitate the closure of punchlist items that are identified during STW activities.
Requirements; 
  • Minimum of 10years of Turnover experience including experience with design and construction projects for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
  • Minimum 5years experience in Leading Turnover/Blue Tag Teams
