Structural 3D BIM Modeler - Data Centres - Permanent - Netherlands

We are currently partnering with a leading global consulting and engineering company that are looking for experienced data centre professionals to join their team. Our client is working with many major developers in the data centre space and require a Structural 3D BIM Modeler for their Netherlands location.

Our client offers strategic, tactical, and operational advice to a variety of entities, including colocation data centres, internet service providers, and telecom companies. Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structure, building, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, and security technology.

Responsibilities: 
  • Investigating and analysing technical issues as a team and translating this into a technical approach/solution;
  • 3D modelling of the structural design;
  • Technical coordination and processing of data provided by third parties into the structural design at each stage;
  • Supplying and checking (partial) specification documents and third-party drawings.

Requirements: 
  • Completed education in structural engineering;
  • Experience as a BIM/ Revit Modeler in the field of construction;
  • Knowledge of Revit and 3D modelling;
  • Fluent in Dutch;
  • Customer-oriented/ empathy, content-related professionalism, team player, communication skills and able to think and act in a multidisciplinary way;
  • Able to transfer knowledge and expertise to others.
