C&Q Flushing Engineer-Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Months Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a C&Q Flushing Engineer to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following: 
  • The role of a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Flushing Lead involves overseeing the flushing and cleaning processes of industrial systems to ensure their longevity and safety.
  • This includes marking the flushing and cleaning scope on P&IDs, documenting the flushing and cleaning specifications, and coordinating the flushing time on equipment.
  • The C&Q Flushing Lead is responsible for coordinating both internal (CIP) and external cleaning activities, ensuring that all procedures are carried out with precision and care.
  • Additionally, the role requires effective communication and coordination with other teams to maintain compliance with safety regulations and project time lines.
Desirable Experience:
  • Extensive experience in overseeing the flushing and cleaning processes of industrial systems.
  • Experience in marking the flushing and cleaning scope on P&IDs.
  • Ability to coordinate the flushing time on equipment, ensuring all activities are scheduled and executed efficiently.
  • Experience in managing both internal (CIP) and external cleaning activities with precision and care.
