Associate HR Business Partner - Ireland, Dublin - 13 Month Initial Contract

Do you want to be involved with exciting pharmaceutical projects?

When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require an Associate HR Business Partner.

What you'll do:
  • Contribute to Irish network initiatives (e.g. Live, Earn, Grow, HR, GD&I, culture).
  • Lead or support projects, ensuring timely delivery and boosting employee engagement.
  • Coordinate Ireland benefits with external vendors (e.g. share scheme, roadshows).
  • Ensure cost-effective, timely service aligned with HR goals.
  • Keep HR portal and policies up to date and user-friendly.
  • Reduce queries and enable faster employee self-service.
  • Organise HR meetings, manage agendas, materials, and follow-ups with the Country HR Lead.
What you'll need:
  • Requires extensive experience in an HR role, ideally working in a large multi-national environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree; CIPD qualification or relevant master’s degree.
  • Strong Generalist with experience in business partner.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong administration skills and effective at managing multiple stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Irish employment law framework
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects and initiatives through to successful delivery
