I am responsible for establishing and managing client relationships, partnering with organizations across North America to help them achieve their recruitment goals throughout the lifecycle of their capital projects.

I have been in recruitment since 2017, and I pride myself in having advanced specialist skills and professional knowledge of the life science industry that I utilize to support the clients and candidates I work with.

We’re looking for a CSA Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Manage commercial performance and cost control for designated work packages.Verify contractor progress and quantities to support accurate payment assessments.Review and negotiate change requests, providing clear recommendations.Prepare cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts and variance updates.Collaborate with procurement and project controls to align budgets, contracts and schedules.Identify and support value‑engineering opportunities.Maintain clear commercial records to support issue or dispute resolution.Work closely with technical and site teams to track scope, schedule and cost impacts.Act as a commercial partner to the project team, ensuring contractual obligations and project objectives are met. What you’ll need: Degree in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.Significant experience in estimating for large‑scale capital projects.Background in complex or regulated industrial facilities.Strong understanding of equipment, utilities and construction methods.Proficient with industry‑standard estimating tools and software.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Project Controls Lead

We’re looking for a Project Controls Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.What you’ll do: Lead project controls activities including cost management, forecasting, schedule alignment, risk inputs and progress reporting.Maintain integrated cost–schedule models to track planned vs. actual performance.Monitor variances and highlight schedule or cost discrepancies early.Manage monthly reporting cycles, including accruals, trends and variance analysis.Collaborate with scheduling teams to validate logic, dependencies and forecasts.Develop and automate dashboards and reports to support project decision‑making.Integrate approved changes into cost forecasts and schedules and maintain visibility of change impacts.Support risk reviews and ensure alignment between risk contingencies and forecasts.Track and validate progress using earned value methodologies.Verify contractor progress and performance against agreed rules and contractual terms.Lead project reporting routines including weekly and monthly updates.Provide occasional mentoring to junior project controls staff.Support inputs into project controls systems and tools as needed.
