I relocated to North Carolina in 2023 to play a crucial role in growing the business both internally and externally. I am responsible for establishing and managing client relationships, partnering with organizations across North America to help them achieve their recruitment goals throughout the lifecycle of their capital projects.

I have been in recruitment since 2017, and I pride myself in having advanced specialist skills and professional knowledge of the life science industry that I utilize to support the clients and candidates I work with.

Away from the office I enjoying travelling, making the most of living in a new country and exploring new states.

Procurement Director

Procurement Director - US, Ohio - 12 Month ContractBe part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Procurement Director to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Own and execute the end-to-end procurement strategy for a $1bn greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project.Work closely with construction leadership to ensure procurement decisions directly support buildability, logistics, and site execution.Lead high-value negotiations with EPCMs, construction contractors, and major equipment suppliers.Oversee procurement of complex pharmaceutical process equipment and supporting utility systems. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required)Extensive experience leading procurement on large-scale capital projects ($500m ), ideally $1bn greenfield builds.Strong construction acumen with a practical understanding of how procurement decisions impact site execution.Demonstrated experience working with S-curves, cash flow forecasting, and procurement phasing aligned to construction schedules. We’re looking for a Procurement Equipment Advisor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. We’re looking for an Operational Readiness PM to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Lead operational readiness planning and execution for a new pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing site.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain, and other site functions to define and deliver operational readiness scope.Develop operational readiness deliverables and translate them into an integrated, executable schedule.Build, maintain, and manage operational readiness schedules, integrating with construction, commissioning, and qualification timelines. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific or technical discipline.Extensive experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.Demonstrated experience supporting operational readiness, startup, or commissioning of a new or expanded manufacturing facility.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and how key functions interact (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain).
