I am responsible for establishing and managing client relationships, partnering with organizations across North America to help them achieve their recruitment goals throughout the lifecycle of their capital projects.

I have been in recruitment since 2017, and I pride myself in having advanced specialist skills and professional knowledge of the life science industry that I utilize to support the clients and candidates I work with.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Own the contract administration and commercial execution of assigned mechanical construction packages (e.g., HVAC, process piping, utilities/mechanical systems, mechanical install scopes).Lead/support RFP development and issuance (often in coordination with Fluor), including bidder communications, clarifications, and commercial bid evaluation.Support contract drafting/review, ensuring scope, deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are clear and executable in the field.Manage contract award package: pricing basis, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, schedule milestones, reporting requirements, payment terms. We’re looking for an Owners Equipment Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Define and manage the owner equipment execution strategy aligned to project schedule, system boundaries, and CQV turnover needs.Identify critical and long-lead equipment impacting engineering development, piping release, utilities, controls, and qualification.Establish and track equipment readiness milestones aligned to P&ID development, IFC releases, mechanical completion, and system turnover.Ensure timely issuance, completeness, and stability of equipment data (datasheets, nozzles, loads, utilities, control inputs).Act as the primary owner technical interface with equipment vendors. What you’ll need: Extensive experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing CAPEX projects.Demonstrated owner-side or owner’s engineer experience managing equipment lifecycle risk.Strong understanding of process and utility equipment, and their interfaces with piping, utilities, controls, and CQV.Experience managing equipment data maturity, vendor technical alignment, and FATs. Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector, Piping - US, Ohio - 12 Month ContractBe part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Conduct daily field inspections of process piping installations to verify compliance with approved drawings, isometrics, specifications, and project quality standards.Inspect welding activities, fit-ups, supports, routing, cleanliness, and installation practices in accordance with ASME B31, AWS, and project requirements.Verify material traceability through review of MTRs, heat numbers, weld maps, and installation records.Review and approve piping QA/QC documentation including weld logs, NDE reports, pressure test packages, redlines, and as-built records.Identify, document, and track non-conformances (NCRs), working directly with piping subcontractors to ensure timely and effective corrective actions.  What you’ll need: Extensive experience inspecting process piping on large-scale capital projects in pharmaceutical,chemical, or regulated industrial environments.Strong working knowledge of ASME piping codes, AWS welding standards, and piping QA/QCpractices.Comfortable operating independently in the field while coordinating across construction, engineering, and quality teams.Hands-on process piping inspection experience on large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of piping codes, welding inspection, and material traceability.
