Project Scheduler (Operational Readiness) - France, Toulouse - 12-18 Month ContractOur client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a Project Scheduler (Operational readiness) to join their capital project in Toulouse. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a Project Scheduler to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the Project Scheduler (Operational readiness) you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.What you’ll do: Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering all startup and operational readiness activities (CQV, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.).Gather and structure inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive scope capture, realistic sequencing, and clear ownership of activities.Lead planning and alignment workshops to define dependencies, critical path, and key interfaces across functions.Monitor progress and analyze schedule performance, identifying critical path shifts, risks, and opportunities, and reporting clear status updates to Site Leadership. What you’ll need: Experience in the planning of operational excellence / planning of manufacturing.Needs to have experience of working within a working site.Experience with MS Project Experience in start up biotech going to operational readiness.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.Strategic thinker who can translate complex technical inputs into actionable execution plans.
