Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Management Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities include: Oversee EPCM works to ensure compliance with client guidelines and standards.Provide technical leadership to E&I teams, subcontractors, and vendors.Review and approve E&I designs, drawings, and specifications.Manage Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation scopes including BMS, EMS, PLC/SCADA systems.Supervise commissioning activities and support QA/QC processes.Coordinate SAT execution and system handovers.Chair client and CQV progress meetings. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage quality assurance activities across all construction disciplines including piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, CSA, and automation.Oversee system turnover processes including documentation, audits, and final handover packages (CTOPs/VTOPs).Conduct daily turnover meetings with trade contractors across various construction areas (e.g., DSP, USP, HVAC).Manage punch list resolution and system close-outs in alignment with qualification documentation (TCCC).Interface with CQV, EH&S, and project leadership to ensure timely and compliant system completion.
