Since then, they have grown to become a large owner of powered sites globally. Responsibilities: The CSA Project Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the relevant packages.This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition.They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the project management process whilst working close with to the Project Lead. He/she must ensure that our client’s safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on their projects.They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally acting as a key interface for respective package or discipline.Oversee and support design, procurement, overall package management, QAQC, commissioning, team collaboration & communication, reporting and risk management. Requirements: Significant experience in delivering general contractor or developer roles on large scale projects (ideally data centres).
