Sales Team Leader

I joined QCS Staffing in August 2023 as a Sales Team Leader in the Data & IT team. My recruitment journey started in the Driving & Industrial sector before which, I served in HM Armed Forces. My decision to join QCS Staffing was an easy one. Their vision, values and one team mentality aligned with my own and were exactly what I was looking for in an employer.

At QCS Staffing, I am responsible for providing contract & permanent staffing solutions to support the Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operation of Data Centres around the world. The DC market is such an exciting one to work in. It is seeing huge amounts of growth and investment and shows no signs of slowing up. The market is also known for its collaborative and social environment. It’s a great place to build networks and share ideas with like-minded professionals!

Outside of work, I live in Hertfordshire with my Wife, Son and Standard Poodle. As far as hobbies and interests go, it’s Rugby, Golf and Food that make me tick. I live for socialising, spending time with my family and going on holiday.

His professionalism, dedication, and support make a remarkable difference.

I strongly encourage anyone navigating a hiring process to work with Hugo Dawson—his professionalism, dedication, and support make a remarkable difference.

My recent hiring experience was quite complicated due to specific client requirements, and Hugo took the entire negotiation workload upon himself. The preparation phase, as well as the ongoing support afterward, was handled at a consistently high level, which allowed me to focus entirely on my work and avoid the hiring negotiations and bureaucracy.

I also received continuous and attentive support from Hugo until he was fully confident that all hiring stages were completed and that the payment process was completely stabilized. In addition, he regularly checked in to gather feedback about my working conditions and proactively began preparing for my next hiring contract well in advance.
