Vice President - Multiple Locations in the US - Permanent Contract

Our client, a leading data center organization in the US require the support of a Vice President for their US based project.

Since 2008, this organization has been focused on supporting enterprise and hyperscale customers with customised data center solutions. Their exceptional reputation in the industry comes from their extensive experience providing customized development and facility management to data hall operations, critical construction services and sustainability.

What you'll do:

• Lead construction teams across multiple projects and delivery models.
• Ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage resources, recruit and develop talent, and drive continuous improvement.
• Cultivate client and partner relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee risk management.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and portfolio performance insights.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with extensive experience in construction management.
• Experience in owner’s representation, design-build, and general contracting.
• Proven success in data center construction.
• Proficiency in Procore, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to frequent travel.
