Turnover Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Turnover Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Own the project’s turnover execution plan from construction through Mechanical Completion and handover to CQV.
• Set up and maintain system boundaries, turnover packages, and documentation standards in EIDA (advanced proficiency required).
• Establish EIDA templates, workflows, user guidelines, and provide training to contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, schedule, and coordinate MC walkdowns with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and CQV

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in turnover, completions, Mechanical Completion, or CQV on major capital projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of turnover engineers or documentation teams on large, complex projects.
• Strong expertise with turnover databases and digital completions platforms; ability to configure and optimise EIDA workflows is essential.
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, MC certification processes, test pack requirements, and vendor data management.
