Datacenter IT Technician - France - 8 Month Contract

They create the tools and resources for their customers requirement to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams.

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Datacenter IT Technician in France.

What you’ll do:

• Provide support to the datacenter’s IT infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving IT hardware issues
• Install, upgrade and terminate hardware based on operational requirements.
• Maintain fiber optic cables and patch cords connectivity.
• Regular IT tasks to maintain IT infrastructure operations.
• Develop documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues as a datacenter technician, support engineer or similar.
• Good data center operation knowledge, as well as server and network equipment principles.
• Practical experience working with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches and fiber optic cables.
• Basic proficiency in Linux and familiarity with command-line tools
• Any exposure to AI tools and cloud infrastructure is a bonus.
