We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal recruiter
to join their team on a 12
month contract to help with the production of high-quality treatments to grow as a leading women’s healthcare company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for assigned European countries and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
- Educate Hiring Managers around our GTA hiring process, local market trends. and establish clear SLA’s.
- Brand, Source and Recruit Talent.
- Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates.
- Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs and HRBPs
- Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and best practice recruiting practices.
- Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
- Extend competitive offers to attract candidates.
- Contribute to Cluster and local GTA projects
- Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to the TA Team Lead.
- Present ideas for process harmonisation and simplification
Requirements:
- Requires extensive previous experience in a large/ manufacturing/ global matrix environment, preferred in-house recruiter experience highly preferable.
- Commercial and or Manufacturing experience desired.
- Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
- A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners
- Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms
- Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Workday and international recruitment experience is highly preferable
- Highly organised and used to multi-tasking
- Proactive, innovative, pragmatic ways of working.
